St. Joes (Conn) is in its first year of competing within NCAA rules. They are led by Adam Goss and compete in the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC). Goss started his coaching journey at Nichols college where he served as lead assistant and recruiting coordinator for 3 years. Here we find out some of the ins and outs as a first year program and a head coach in the D3 Ranks.
